Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our rentals are first come, first serve. We recommend reserving your items as soon as possible. 

  • No, a quote on our website is only a quote and does not obligate you to any rentals.  We will verify the details once we receive the quote and send out a final reservation/contract.  Reservations are only completed one you sign the rental contract and pay the deposit.

  • Yes, we offer delivery and pickup to your event location.  

  • You can pick up the rental items, but we strongly recommend delivery. Most of the items are heavier and larger than they appear. For example, 30 folding chairs weigh almost 400 pounds, and 72” tables will not fit in the bed of a truck.  

  • No, this is considered a one-day rental.  Typically, we will pick up rental items the following morning for any late-evening events.

  • We do offer late night pickups for an additional fee. 

  • You can cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the reservation date subject to the cancelation policy within the terms and conditions of the agreement.

  • No, we do not setup or break down the rental items.  If you need help to setup and break down the rental items, please contact us and we are more than happy to help you find a solution.

  • The final balance is due 14 days before the event.
